NEW VENUE (HARPENDEN FRIENDS MEETING HOUSE, SOUTHDOWN ROAD )

We are a group of published, established and aspiring writers, meeting in Harpenden, with members coming from a wide area. At our monthly meetings we have an entertaining and educational event programme. Do you want to write? Are you looking for new ideas? Do you love to talk writing to like-minded people? Here is a chance to meet new contacts, develop your writing and make friends. Why not come along to one of our meetings?

We meet on the first Friday of the month, with a programme that runs from September to July (no meeting in August). We have meetings led by professional writers in addition to read-arounds, special events, and an annual writing competition.
